Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the selected shipping method. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

We take great care in packaging artworks to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within [X] days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging. After reviewing the information, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Due to the nature of artworks and art-related products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

For digital products, delivery is completed electronically. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages resulting from incorrect shipping information.
